Unison's executive director says with nine percent of the city's population made up of ethnic minorities, there should be more news items about them. John Tse said their survey of some 360 ethnic minority individuals showed stories about crime, discrimination, and employment opportunities for minorities featured in the top 10 most important stories. He told Samantha Butler that he hoped to see more positive reporting in future, highlighting achievements or featuring festivals for different ethnicities:
