The High Court has ordered the liquidation of property giant Evergrande, with Judge Linda Chan saying the firm had failed to convince the court that it had a working restructuring plan. A new coalition has been formed to promote the use of environmentally friendly fuel for flights in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Sustainable Aviation Fuel Coalition has been launched by the Business Environment Council and Cathay Pacific. The coalition includes various companies and organisations involved in the production and distribution of sustainable aviation fuel. EcoCeres, a renewable fuel producer, is part of the coalition. Its vice president, Judy Wong, said Hong Kong needs to keep up with the trend of sustainable aviation fuel to remain competitive as a major aviation hub. She spoke to Elvis Yu:
