Firefighters investigating Wednesday's deadly blaze at New Lucky House in Jordan say they found broken fire doors in the building which could have resulted in heavy smoke spreading. A green group says the government's planned pay-as-you-throw scheme does not encourage companies to cut packaging. Hong Kong is hosting the 3x3 basketball Olympic qualifying tournament for the first time. It takes place from Friday until Sunday at Victoria Park. It is a three-a-side game on a half-sized basketball court with one net.
