Britain's Conservatives have been crushed in local elections across England and Wales, losing control of 10 local councils and nearly 500 councillors. Millions of voters in England cast ballots on Thursday. Warren Buffett has assured shareholders that his successors at Berkshire Hathaway are ready for the job and also paid tribute to his late business partner, Charlie Munger.
