A scheme aimed at helping businesses fight cybercrimes is set to be expanded this year, which authorities say would further raise awareness of the issue. Last year, 60 companies joined the campaign known as "Bug-hunting" and 197 security loopholes were identified. This year, the number of participating firms is expected to top 200. An NGO says the medical fee waiver mechanism - that provides assistance to needy patients - should be widened to include people aged 65 or above, patients receiving disability allowance, and those on working family subsidies. Tim Pang, from the Society for Community Organisation, made the comment after the government said it would review fees and charges for public health care services within this year. Britain's third-busiest airport is resuming operations after a power outage caused widespread disruption. A spokesman said Manchester Airport cancelled over 100 flights affecting thousands of passengers on Sunday following a major power cut. At least 20 percent of all outgoing and incoming flights were cancelled. The power cut led to problems with airport security and baggage systems. Flights resumed in the afternoon. Authorities in Russia say they neutralized what appeared to be coordinated attacks by gunmen on a synagogue and Church in the country's North Caucasus region of Dagestan. At least eight people were killed, including six police officers and a priest.
