The operator of the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal is calling for the government to remove unused Covid facilities near the site and build an open-air carpark to improve transport links to the facility. Jeff Bent, the managing director of World Wide Cruise Terminals, was commenting after the terminal welcomed the only cruise ship to dock there this month, the Norwegian Spirit. Bent revised his earlier forecast and said Hong Kong's cruise industry may not reach pre-pandemic levels until after 2026. He told Samantha Butler about what could be done to attract more vessels to Hong Kong:

A specialist in family medicine has called on people to consult both a family doctor and a Chinese medicine practitioner once a year for regular check ups, adding that preventive care could lessen the burden on medical staff. The Liberal Party conducted a telephone survey with more than 2,000 people over the past two months, to try and strengthen the collaboration of Chinese and Western medicine to better serve the public. And 70 percent said they would accept this medical partnership. Dr Billy Chiu, a Liberal Party member, told Hailey Yip this "one plus one is greater than two" method of seeing two different practitioners could increase the chances of catching medical conditions early on:
